Thó & Lucía

We fell in love at the beginning of Covid!  Three years later, we’re life partners in every sense of the word.  And we look forward to helping you.  Here’s a little bit about us.

Thó Waring and Lucía Garza are RE/MAX Agents at RE/MAX Colonial in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.   This emerging power couple along brings many advantages to perspective buyers, sellers, and investors.  For example, we have the privilege of now opening the first luxury group within RE/MAX San Miguel de Allende.

Thó, as he is affectionately called by his friends and colleagues, has an investment and finance background. He has been actively engaged in the real estate market since 1997. And as full-time has been an investor and developer since 2000. His family has lived in Mexico for over 30 years. (See Article Welcome Message.)

Thó is a Broker and Developer with 7 completed and successful projects in Mexico. He’s an early riser and an avid reader of economic and financial data. He enjoys watching the markets. And is well-versed/knowledgeable on a variety of topics of an international financial nature, investments as well as living a balanced life… something Mexico has taught him.  But he still loves the NFL!

Lucía relocated from Monterrey several years ago. She has advanced degrees in engineering and science and holds a PhD.  Her professional career includes investment experience with fix and flips in Monterrey. As well as business consulting with her father.  Lucia enjoys running, yoga, and time in the gym. She’s committed to eating well and taking care of herself. Loves to read and enjoys time with her partner Thó. And looks after her mother too.
